What are the police doing about drunk and driving? If they start nabbing drivers/ riders of drunk and driving the police department won't get their regular hafta. They nab only drivers/riders who drink at home or a private party. The police mostly nab riders of two wheelers if they are not wearing a helmet. The government makes it mandatory to wear helmet when they get some benefit from the manufacturers of helmets. It's not in the interest of the riders or pillion, they are mostly interested in getting the benefits from the helmet manufacturer.
