Udupi, Sep 5: Teachers' Day was celebrated at Christ School, Manipal with great enthusiasm on Monday, September 5. The programme commenced with a prayer song.
The cultural programme unfolded with a stunning performance of dance, singing and a fashion show.
Fr Romeo Lewis, correspondent, in his message, asked all the students to respect the teachers everyday. "September 5 is a special occasion where we recall their sacrifice, love and dedicated service,” he said.
The entire programme was planned by teachers themselves under the direction of Eliza vaz, principal.
All the teachers actively participated in the programme.
Siona Vivi D’Souza proposed a vote of thanks.
