Not my subject but a piece of information ( your electrician will know better)-Many times electric shocks are due to "hot neutral" that is electricity in the neutral line. There are 3 lines live, neutral and earthing. Also, Earthing has to be proper.AC online fault detectors are available for Rs 200- 300, I do not know the price now. For a single phase connection it has to be plugged in any one of the 3 pin sockets, it alerts if there is a fault in the line.If there is a 3 phase wiring, one each has to be placed in each phase. Good quality circuit breaker switches should also be installed so that the chances of electric shocks are minimised. During thunder and lightning do not touch electrical switches, wires or appliances
