Mangaluru, Sep 13: The birth anniversary of Mother Mary was celebrated at the KG section of St Agnes School with the slogan ‘Mother Mary Bless us’.
Children participated in Novena prayers, offered flowers to mother Mary and received her blessings every day from August 30 to September 2.
The programme began with prayers sung by children and concluded with a hymn.
Sr Lona Mary of the school lit the lamp and explained the importance of the day. She said, "It is our privilege to have mother Mary to always protect us and called on us to inculcate her values in us."
