Mangaluru: Welcome Back programme held at St Agnes College

Mangaluru, Sep 13: St Agnes College (Autonomous) organized a Welcome Back programme on September 12 for its second and third year undergraduate and post graduate students as they returned to the campus for the beginning of the new academic year.

The college choir invoked God's blessings on all the staff and students through their prayer song.  Neha and her troupe welcomed the gathering through their rhythmic dance moves. 

 

Carol Pais, advocate and life skills trainer and an alumna of the college was the chief guest for the programme. In her address, she asked the students to always have a positive outlook in life and to move on inspite of the negative influence which they may encounter. 

Sr Dr M Vennisa A C, principal warmly welcomed the students back to the campus. In her address, she encouraged the students to grab every opportunity and go higher.

A thematic dance and skit was performed to wish the teachers on the occasion of celebration of teachers day. Ishika and Sathwika of third year BSc compered the programmes.
