There are so many wells are there mostly in villages ,in agriculture land without fence ,un covered which are dangerous to children or adults,Many people dont knw to swimm and have to leave their life.Govt officials must check this and fine them for not putting fence around them. This girl but had luck I must say .Wish her fast recovery. Many rivers too are only with hardly to cross with areca tree pieces.
