Dear Rudolf, Sunil and Deepak, I am very sad to hear the demise of Shri William D'Souza with whom my association dates back to 1986. He was very friendly, helpful and always willing to solve our Corporation Bank's AC problems. His knowledge in Air Conditioning was unparallel. He was one of the rare persons I met in Mangalore whom I cannot forget. I pray to almighty to give courage and fortitude to your family members and you to bear this great loss.
