Fr Anil Cardoza (38), of Udyavara, Udupi, passed away in Panisagar in Agartala district in the state of Tripura in north-eastern

India on March 21.

Funeral will take place at Agartala, Tripura at 3-00 pm on Thursday, March 23.

He had earlier served as assistant parish priest in Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Udupi for two years. At the time of his death, he was serving as principal of the Holy Cross School, Panisagar, Tripura.

He is survived by two brothers and two sisters.
