Lindsay Harold Anthony Rego (96), husband of the late Patsy Rego, father of Vernon, Elaine / Loy Fernandes (Bangalore), Dr Vilma / Giovanni Mascarenhas (USA), Iona / Dr Kevin Pereira (USA) and Sarita / Martin Nazareth (USA), grandfather of Rahul, Ranjan, Alan, Conrad, Karen, Nicole, Andrew, Calvin and Tricia, great grandfather of Eric, passed away on December 3, 2024.

Funeral in Holy Spirit Senior Citizens Home, Bannerghatta road, Bangalore on Tuesday, December 10 at 10.00 am, followed by burial at Hosur cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, you may place your monetary donation for the Holy Spirit Orphanage in the box kept near the coffin.

I had the pleasure of meeting your dad just once, when he visited us at home a few years ago, and I remember him as a warm and amiable person. I know how much you adored him and how devoted you were to his care, especially in recent years, when your presence and love meant so much to him. While his absence leaves an irreplaceable void, we can find solace in the fact that he lived a full and meaningful life, setting high standards both personally and professionally. It is heartwarming to know that he had the joy of witnessing the arrival of his adorable great-grandson, Eric. For a man of his senior years, this must have been one of the most cherished moments of his life.
