Dr H C Govinda Raju (63), husband of Mabel Pinto Raju, father of Elton Ashok Raju / Reema Dias and Aldrin Raju, passed away on February 1, 2025.

I am saddened by the new of the passing of my good friend Dr. Raju. He was truly a great man in his profession. We stood side by side doing many autopsies in PMH hospital where he worked. I was the crime scene office attached to the Morgue. I send condolences to his family from my family may his soul rest in peace.
