Lenny Sunitha Pinto (49), wife of Julian Dolphy Pinto, mother of Jake Oliver Pinto, daughter of Felix and Martha D'Souza (Belthangady), daughter-in-law of Mary, the late Jerome Pinto (Paldane), sister of Fr Alwyn Dsouza S J, Naveen/Shaila, the late Sunil, Arun, Anitha/Santhosh, Renita/Loy, Avil, sister-in-law of Wilfred/Laveena, John/Hilda, and Wilma/Kenneth, passed away on February 17, 2025, in Haverfordwest, Wales, UK.

Mortal remains will be kept for public viewing at the residence 'Bethel', Pedamale, Mangalore at 1.00 pm on Sunday, March 16. Funeral cortege leaves residence at 3.00 pm for St Teresa of Kolkota Church, Paldane, Mangalore for Mass at 3.30 pm. Burial at Holy Cross Church cemetery, Kulshekar, Mangalore.

I was deeply saddened to learn of Lenny's passing at the young age of 49. While I did not have the privilege of knowing her personally, but i know her sister, Anitha well. Lenny's dedication to her family was evident in her commitment to working abroad in the UK to support them. Her loss is undoubtedly profound for her loved ones, and words fall short in offering true consolation. May the Almighty provide strength and peace to her family during this difficult time. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members and to our dear Anitha. May Lenny's soul rest in eternal peace.
