Noel Vincent Pereira (69), son of the late Albert and Elizabeth Pereira, brother of Claver, Nelson, Ivan, Arthur and Clara Pereira, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2026.

I was in a great deal of shock to hear thes sad news. Noel was a classmate and a close friend during our school and college days. After that we never met but I always wondered as to where he might be. I made frantic efforts to get in contact with him all in vain. Then I came to know that he is in canada but had no address. Now that I am in Canada for a brief period of time, I came to know about Noel's demise. I waa shocked. May Nelson, Claver and his family members get enough strength to bear this irreparable loss. May Noel's Soul rest in peace.
Claver, Nelson, Ivan, Arthur & Clara and all family members, I am sorry for your loss. I pray that you are blessed and touched by the holy spirit during this difficult time. Noel and I spent a lot of time together at many social and family events. I regret not having met Noel before he passed. He will be missed. He was a wealth of knowledge, especially in banking, Information systems, investments, and stocks. He was an active member of his prayer group. He was well known in Toronto, and people always asked me How is your cousin, Noel. I pray that our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ will welcome him into the heavenly kingdom. Noel was a dear friend who used to regularly visit and spend time with us at our flat in Dubai back in 1982. He was a true gentleman—kind, intelligent, warm-hearted and always a pleasure to be around. We shared many wonderful moments together and I still remember the countless jokes and laughter we enjoyed in those days. At that time, Noel was working with Scientecnic in Dubai. Later he moved to Canada, but the memories of our friendship remained close to my heart. Whenever I met his younger brother Arthur in Mangalore, I would always enquire about Noel and ask how he was doing. The news of Noel’s passing has left me truly heartbroken. It is painful to lose someone who was once such a dear friend and an important part of our cherished memories. Though many years have passed, the bond of friendship and the beautiful moments we shared will always remain unforgettable. May Almighty God grant him eternal rest and give his family the strength and courage to bear this irreparable loss. Dear Noel, you will always remain in our hearts and in our fondest memories.
