New Delhi: Courts Will Do Justice on Allegations of Illegal Mining: Reddy

New Delhi, Apr 24 (PTI) The Reddy brothers have expressed hope that courts will do them justice on the allegations of illegal mining levelled against them in Karnataka.

G Janardhana Reddy, Karanataka Tourism Minister and one of the Reddy brothers, hailing from Bellary -- the area of their influence, claimed that the brothers have no mining business in the state and their operations were in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh.

"Justice will be done some day, if not today. They (the investigating bodies like CBI) cannot find any mistakes so far (against us) and I believe in courts. Finally, we are waiting for the orders," Reddy told PTI.

The case will be heard by the Supreme Court from tomorrow, he said.

Yes Lydia Loboji. These Reddys think Kannadigas are illiterate and can be fooled easily by bribing God with looted money. Unfortunately, we have many people easily fall prey to these Reddys gimmicks. First they looted Karnataka. From looted money, a peanut part was used to bribe God in the form of crown, not with love to God, but, to fool people. He is confident that he can fool people, but, so stupid no to know that he can not fool God. Now, the fear is gripping him due to Lokpal Bill and can see the iron cage waiting for him. Enjoy Reddy, few days are left to eat Dal Roti.

People always afraid to raise their voice against judiciary. I know that judges too are corrupt thats the reason corrupt politicians are not afraid of judicial system. All Public should comment against Judges when they feel the judgement is biased.

    Look who is talking.
The Courts issued 9 unbailable warrants against him and he used them as toilet paper.
This guy has made a mockery of our judicial system.

By keeping the lawyers and judges in pocket anyone can give statements like this. Only Karnataka's intelligent people have the power to give the judgement. The day they woke up, Reddi brothers’ cheddi will come down. For everything time has to come & Best example is Hosni Mubarak of Egypt.

Binayak Sen is true mirror of Indian justice. Lower Court even High Court pronounced its verdict based on flimsy evidences. Luckily it is not KG Balakrishnan heading SC. If the entire system is rotten today the real culprits are judges and police. If we have police catching the guilty and proving it convincingly. Judges going with the merrit of the case and pronouncing judgement impartially - the corruption would have been much much lower. Corrupt politicians have exploited the situation to their ultirior benefits - no doubt. Justice Somashekhar -church attack and Justice Shetty report on police firing on farmers, etc. are just instances. It is time to demand true justice, which is impartial or else people will not spare the guilty.

According to the Bhushan tapes the going rate for a supreme court judge is 4 crores. When you have eaten up thousands of crores from the state what will matter to shell out 4 crores or 40. What do you say Shrimaan Reddy ji.

Yes bussiness in AP but illeagal mines were transpotred illeagally by road!Is Andra Pradesh not in India?CEC already indicted on illeagal mining and as far my knowldge CEC is what SC has sent to investigate under it's supervision? When money and politics joins together definetly there would be illeagal activities.Politics is a tool to make further money and exactly what did in Karnataka.Yeddy sold his Bramini Steel Co due to reason of CEC!When case is yet to hear in SC the action is visible. When new JanLokpal Bill passes in the both house the real test for Yeddy and Reddy has to be see!

Also they can prove that they are ministers of Andhra Govt and not of Karnataka. Their houses too are in Andhra. Even Bellary is in Andhra. (even Karnataka is in Andhra)Supreme court is looking for proofs. One can create any type of document under Operation Kamala. Definetely courts will do justice same as Karnataka High court did in 5 Independent MLA's case.Jai ho Reddys.

Well... Well... Their mining business is in Andhra Pradesh but they hold posts in Karnataka Government. Tonnes of confiscated ore gets disappeared from a Northern Karnataka Port and Six Crores worth of ore gets caught from goods train bound to Andhra Pradesh.

Do Reddy brothers think that Kannadigas are illiterates or that their activities aren't under peoples notice ? Well... can't deny. One Kannadiga trusts them and has kept them in his ministry to prove that we are indeed illiterates !
