Beltangady: Native of taluk dies in accident at Chikkamagalur

Beltangady, Sep 25: In an accident that occurred between a government bus and two-wheeler at Chikkamagalur, a youth of the taluk was killed.

Channakeshava (28), a resident of Arasinamakki Thumbethadka of the taluk is the deceased.

Channakeshava was working as a X-ray technician in a private hospital in Chikkamagalur. As he had holidays, he was going to his grandmother’s house to attend a function. A KSRTC bus hit his two-wheeler and Channakeshava died on the spot.

The deceased is survived by parents and a sister.
