Beltangady, Oct 15: Klevin Avin Rodrigues (25), son of Cyril Rodrigues, a resident of Sabarabailu in Kuvettu village died in a motorcycle accident in Dubai on Tuesday, October 11.

Klevin Rodrigues had been to Dubai six months ago on a tourist visa and had recently found employment in a company there. He was all set to return to India in a week.

On October 11 in the night, an accident occurred when the motorcycle hit a road divider. Klevin and his friend were riding on the bike. Klevin, who was riding pillion, was thrown onto the road due to the impact of the collision. He suffered grievous injuries and died.

As per the Dubai government rules, the mortal remains of Klevin were subjected to a medical examination. His body is expected to reach Beltangady on Saturday, according to family sources.

Klevin was unmarried and is survived by his parents and brothers.

Klevin had completed his graduation from Madanthyar Sacred Heart College and had pursued higher education at Nitte.
