Bantwal: Container hits railway bridge safety guard, no casualties reported

Bantwal, Oct 16: A railway bridge guard was hit by a container on Sunday morning in Mithooru.

The container that was carrying cars was Bengaluru bound from Mangaluru. The vehicle lost direction near Mani and got onto the Puttur Road and at the same time hit a railway bridge safety guard.

However, there were no casualties due to the collision.
