SWANT auto scheme initiated by the MCC bank in commemoration of the 100th year will be a marvellous idea indeed. Owning a vehicle will undoubtedly bring additional comfort towards mobility.

The only concern that need be focused in every kind of consideration is the existing facility of roadways and the prevailing traffic condition as well as the emission control to save the air pollution.

The population growth and the prevailing road congestion and the relative air pollution thru existing auto emission requires careful study on the part of the Government. The clean air act has to go hand in hand with facility for more people to have access for more cars on broader and safer roads.
