Mangaluru, Oct 20: Women group by the name ‘Shaheen Gang’ was active in the now banned Popular Front of India (PFI) organization, which was used to reportedly entice Hindu girls into Love Jihad. It is learnt that this matter was unearthed during investigation by National Investigation Agency (NIA).
Shaheen Gang reportedly used to work in tandem with Campus front of India (CFI) which was the student wing of PFI. It used to introduce Hindu girls to Muslim boys so that they will fall in love with them and later was forcing the Hindu girls into Love Jihad. Shaheen Gang was reportedly trained by PFI. Sources said that this gang was active in Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Kodagu and Shivamogga.
Bengaluru police have gathered evidence from SP and city police commissioner’s office of Mangaluru with regards to the plot in the form of DJ Halli violence done by PFI. The cops also gathered information about CAA protest and Freedom Hall activities in Mittur as per sources.
