Dear Julietbai, Asha, Arunlal, Amor & Amber and all the extended family members – please accept our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies on passing away your dearest member of the family.

I had visited my cousin Saturninebab (S S Prabhu) at “Ashirvad” in Bejai about 25 years ago and I sat down with him and we wrote most of the “Pakshikere Miranda Prabhu Genealogy” adding almost 1000 family members.

He was a great man and we will miss him.

MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE.

    Love,

May his soul rest in peace and may God Almighty grant his wife Julie, daughter Asha and their family members and loved ones to bear this irreparable loss. Our sincere prayers to Prabhu's family.

S S Prabhu was a pioneering playwrite of Konkani, and one of the strong pillar along with other stalwarts like Late Shippa Mestri, who composed many wondeful songs for Prabhu's plays, late Edward Quadros, the great actor director, and few other singers and actors, who brought that famed name to Bejai Parish as 'Kalechem Kulaar'. With his affable character, he was always encouraging, and guided others to do well in whatever field they persued and was all praise when they did well or excelled. I will always cherish his encouraging words for me,when we started the Parish Newsletter 'Ijaicho Kalo' May Almighty God Rest his soul in eternal peace and give fortitude to his wife and children at this time of sorrow.
