Sullia, Dec 20: It is being accused that attempt was made by a gang that arrived in an ambulance to abduct young entrepreneur of Bellare. Mother of the entrepreneur got injured in the incident.
Naveen Gowda, owner of Kamadhenu Jewellers of Bellare was at his home on Monday afternoon. It is said that a gang of strangers who arrived in some vehicles, including an ambulance forcibly took him.
As the news got spread, ambulance fraternity of Sullia sent the information to their groups on social media. Ambulance personnel of Shuntikoppa waylaid the ambulance that went from Bellare and handed over Naveen and others to the local police. Mother of Naveen, who was injured in the incident is admitted to hospital.

Neerajakshi, mother of Naveen, who is admitted to Sullia government hospital spoke to the media and said, “Around seven to eight men came in ambulance in the afternoon and abducted Naveen. When I tried to prevent them, they pushed me and I got injured. When I went to Bellare police station to file complaint, the police personnel did not accept my complaint.”
Entrepreneur Naveen said, “When I was at home in the afternoon, I was forcibly made to sit in the ambulance. Then the abductors gave me an injection. This act is done due to family feud.”
