Bantwal: Transportation of contraband MDMA tablets – Two arrested

Bantwal, Dec 23: Town police arrested two people on Thursday on the road that leads to Goodinabali adjacent to B C Road railway station on the accusation of transporting contraband MDMA tablets that induce sleep.

The arrested are Irshad (25), a resident of Barekadu of Bikasta village and Deekshith alias Appoos (19), from Manjeshwar in Kasargod taluk.

Bantwal city station inspector Avinash was patrolling the area on Thursday December 22 with his personnel when the auto rickshaw driven by the accused arrived from Narayanaguru circle. They noticed suspicious behaviour of the driver and interrogated him. They came to know that he was under the influence of MDMA narcotic drug.

Irshad had MDMA tablet weighing four grams and Deekshith had five grams of the same tablet. The combined value of these tablets is Rs 20,000. Both were arrested, the auto rickshaw was seized and a case was registered.

    Dear Kujuma, We should not always find-out flaws in each and everything. In the society even other community people are living having less population like Christians, Sikhs, Parsis to name a few who are doing good in there respective field. As like Jews a very small community are doing well in invention a become example fir the society. More than 70 islamic countries should learn from this country.     Very well done police department. Now it is easy for you to catch real culprits like real sellers to these peddlers and their chain until manufactuerers. Begging is better than selling MDMA. Daijiworld i request you to publish frequently articles on this so that our yougsters know the consequences of consuming MDMA. Ladies dont walk under son thinking they become dark. Youngsters consume less food thinking they may gain weight. Then why this slow poison????
