Good initiative. But they should have provided more seats for sitting and also bigger shed for shelter from strong Mangaluru monsoons winds. Seems like all policies of Double Engine government, this bus stand was also designed in Delhi or Bengaluru, without considering local weather conditions and local requirements. Finally it will be waste of money only due to lack of maintenance and lack of any utility to travelers.

Appriciated .very good At the same time I would say its not enough a high tech Bus stand to inauguarate but also to keep it clean and further in a good condition.Homeless or beggers will sleep on these banches all the time ,urinate there it self and no passengers can enter them .Please see that it is maintained well all the times .Wastage will be thrown all over.Thats our indian culture to spit and throw eatery boxes everywhere, and cows will be sleeping there at night.not forgetting cowdung and urinate there.Hope someone will take care of it

Probably we are not yet ready for such sophisticated public ventures.... They are likely to be misused, rashly used or vandalized in dark.... Moreover devoted maintenance may become an issue within a few months.... it may become an edifice of our mentality and responsibility towards freely available public utilities...
