Rahul 'perpetually confused', wants India to bow down to China: BJP

New Delhi, Jan 3 (IANS): The BJP on Tuesday mocked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for being "perpetually confused" and accused him of wanting India to bow down to China over his recent remarks on the border tensions.

Addressing a press conference here, BJP spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi took a dig at Congress' Bharat Jodo Yatra, saying: "The Congress leader has become a victim of confusion during his travels. India cannot be understood only by travelling across the country, one needs to understand Indianess."

Referring to Gandhi's remarks on the border tensions in his interview with actor Kamal Hasan, Trivedi said, "Rahul Gandhi has made his intention clear that India should surrender before China in the same way it used to happen during his party's government."

"The interview was an interaction between a "perpetually confused and tensed leader" and a "confused film star. But he has dispelled India's illusion... His statement on China is indicating that India should bow down to China," Trivedi added.

    Dear BJP spokesperson, Can you tell the nation why your BJP failed to take action against Chinese aggression and land grabbing happening unabated on a daily basis ? People are not fools in todays digital world. Check google maps etc for proof of continued encroachment. How many new settlements Chinese have built recently in Indian territory ? What was the response from your government ? Why your government is afraid to answer any questions/discussions on Chinese aggression in parliament and running away from that topic itself ? Why baba why ? Nation wants to know the truth.

    Then why don’t you explain in the parliament about your fierce skills that has made China retreat from thier current position. At least congress had the guts to explain about the border affairs in 1962 and answer all opposition questions but you are shielding China for occupying our land and China has praised Modi for this misadventure.

    Rahul, like he said was born in the " Centre of power'. His mother told him., in his own words "Too much power, is Poison ". Now, knowing everything about power, but not having it, makes one confused and makes him go around looking it. Like he searches it by growing beard, wearing dhoti, jenuv over banian, splashing tilak, vibhuti over his forehead and getting into wierd get ups. Unnnh u Unnnh u... Power not be found! So sort of confused. So now he walks around the country with apolitical motive ranting about China. .
