New Delhi: Cong Intensifies Attack on BJP over Sushma Remarks

New Delhi, May 28 (PTI) Congress today stepped up attack on BJP over Sushma Swaraj washing her hands off the induction of Bellary brothers as ministers saying, the "Neros of BJP" fiddle in Delhi while Karnataka burns.

"Swaraj's assertions once again underscore the fundamental reality of BJP that money talks and Yeddyurappa and Reddy walk. While Karnataka burns with corruption, the Neros of BJP fiddle in Delhi.

"It does not require any imagination to find out from where the fiddle came. It definitely came from Bangalore," Congress spokesperson Manish Tewari told reporters here.

He was replying to questions surrounding the controversy in BJP over Swaraj's remarks.

Swaraj had alleged that the decision to give cabinet berths to Janardhan and Karunakar Reddy was taken by Arun Jaitley (in his capacity as Karnataka party in-charge), and senior leaders M Venkaiah Naidu and Ananth Kumar.

Karnataka has the worst and the most corrupt government in the country and yet the congress is not able to do anything. Any government anywhere in the country would have fallen even if it was only 10% corrupt in comparison to this BJP government. The congis insted of going to the people like the late YSR or Mamatha Banerjee, or only seen running to the Raj Bhavan wanting the governor to dismiss the government and wanting a back door entry to power. I hope young leaders like Krishna Byre Gowda take the lead and spend time with the people. Let these useless Poojaris, Oscars, Dharma Singh's and Siddaramiahs rot where they are. Don't allow them to destroy the party.

Shame on those national leaders of
    BJP specially Arun Jaitley,Venkiah
Naidu and Ananth Kumar who influenced CM Yedyurappa to induct
    Reedy Brothers into his cabinet.
If Lokayukt report is accepted by the Govt, the Reddy Brothers are the
first ones to go behind bars.
Its strange that Sushma Swaraj, the Reddys Amma washed her hands after
    a long time.

Cong had more serious issues to take on one to one with BJP Karnataka in which it's(CONG) disunity amoung the top ranks made them to fail miserably.Cong has more leaders than workers which brings road blocks in exposing BJP Karanataka what it should be.Cong in Centre for different odd reasons needs BJP to stay in power full 5 years term. The morale of Cong workers and leaders in Karanataka needs to be enhanced to rejuvent grass root party workers and it's supporters. There might be a communication gap in Cong Delhi and Karanataka which made BJP to sail freely inspite of two close shaves of GUV's invoking ARTICLE 356(1).Manish Tiwari's outburst would not bring any plus for oppn especially for Cong in Karanataka.
