Doubt yaar. These leaders here have past their prime and been ousted by their own people in their home turfs. Winning only in safe muslim constituencies is not being 'victorious', Its just survival . Moreover AAP and SDPI have grown tremendously in the region. If at all by any chance these get voted, it will be only a boon for JDS. Then HDK aka Kari Idli will call the shots. Coalition again?

Few years back These kind of pleasing techniques were not required to woo Christian voters. It was a norm in Udupi, Dakshina Kannada and kasaragod districts that every Christian would vote for Congress, without any pressure. Since many Christians are favoring BJP, Sidhu found the necessity of these kind of church visits.

The people who celebrated Tippu's birthday visits the church to offer prayers. The Congress would never ever have my vote even if they crucify themselves to the cross. There will no excuse for insulting my ancestors suffering.

Readers, netas visiting religious places surely indicates the advent to election... INC desperation to appease sections of our society is not lost on any sensible individual.. Siddaramiaah attention seeking exercise will further infuriate the majority who have vowed to continue with the present political dispensation....

The Holy Church doesn't believe in outside symbols of devotion like removal of footwear before entering the holy place. For God the earth He created is a Holy Land which has been desecrated by corruption, sin of every kind. Also, in many parts of the world, where the temperatures are zero and minus, you cannot enter Church without appropriate footwear. So, it is optional to wear it or not to wear it. It is upto each individual. What is required is a clean heart and genuine devotion. Thankfully, the creator - God knows who is genuine and who is a fraud.

God is much much bigger or higher than a minister, President or a King. So one visit doesn't make much difference. Same logic how difficult it is, to meet a minister or prime minister after the election same way God also, need to have consistent relationship with prayers everyday to get favours from God. God is also smart, knows very well, once given favour then people hardly turn to him most of the time! (But hears and answers humble prayers from the heart! of specially holy people.)

Elections are near. Here Siddu will not expect controversy of eating meat and visiting a holy place. He for sure will like this visit. And hence the question, why does he want control of Krishna Mutt and all those ruckuses he created in the past? So he can visit it wearing his favorite shoes with his appetite satisfied with copious amount of meat prior to the visit? So challenging status quo by throwing philosophy into dustbin in the only motive?

But your ministers kill human beings, rape and murder women and then go to temples to offer puja. Bhagavad Gita doesn’t prevent anyone eating any meat and then go to temple with foot wear on to pray. First follow Hindu holy scripture then you can see the world clearly without that Blindfold.

A very noble gesture by Siddu. A true politician doesn’t have a religion but serving all people is his only religion and sees god in them. Soon he will visit Temple, mosque, Basadi etc etc etc.

Confidence building measures for a Christian community who have done great service In various fields .. education.. health care .. hospitals ...regardless of caste creed .. have helped all .. selfless service .... Today ..We are living in different times .. Let’s say ..Twenty years back all this was not required.. each respected and recognised the other without interference...children parents communities mingled without any second thoughts .. & doubts ..... Any way a welcome step ...

Politicians could run with out religion but people should come out from the tendancy of division.cast and hate.If all live like we are all then there is no necessity of pleasing religions. First I and You should change.
