Parked trucks are a big menace on the roadside, especially the big trucks. My heartfelt sympathies to the deceased. This tragedy eerily reminds me of almost identical tragedy many years ago near Ottawa, where a very good friend of mine was killed on the spot when he struck a truck, and his wife was seriously injured but survived.

Mr. Janardhan, what you are trying to tell. What is government fault here. You cannot blame everything for govt. How can a driver hit a parked vehicle. This is purely negligence of this boy's. Anyway Rest in Piece. Parents lost a a young boy its very sad.
