Mangaluru, Jan 13: Well- known businessman and Janata Dal (secular) leader Sushil Noronha passed away on Friday January 13 due to heart attack. He was 60.
Sushil was the owner of Sushil Electricals, a popular service provider for electrical goods.
He was the general secretary and spokesperson of district JD(S). In 2012, he was also appointed as the state vice president of JD(S).
Sushil had served as the secretary of Diocesan Pastoral Parishad. He was the president of Christopher Association for a few terms.
Sushil was known as a community leader and more known for his social service.
He is survived by mother Stella Noronha, wife Edna Noronha, son Angelo Noronha, and brother advocate M P Noronha.
