Mangaluru, Jan 24: North police station ASI Nagaraj arrested one person in connection with selling of prohibited narcotic drug MDMA in public place near Venkatesha Saw Mill at Moideen Nagar of Kudroli.
The arrested is identified as Iqbal Ali Mohammed alias Iqbal alias Ali (38), a resident of Toosiman House, opposite New Star Electrical shop, J M Road, Bunder Mangaluru.
Police confiscated 11.13 gram of MDMA valued at Rs 33,000. In addition, mobile phone worth Rs 5,000 was also confiscated from the accused.
A case in this connection is filed and the accused is produced in the court.
