Gowda Family Floated 25 Companies to Channel Funds: BSY Aide

Bangalore, Jun 4 (PTI):
An aide of Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa today asked former prime minister H D Deve Gowda and his family to disclose the source of funding in the 25 private companies which they ''floated for investment''.

"These 25 companies came into existence from the year Deve Gowda became chief minister and more were established when his son H D Kumaraswamy ruled the state," B J Puttaswamy, political secretary to the chief minister told reporters.

The Gowda family set up these firms to convert black money into white, he charged and questioned the magnitude of investments allegedly made by the family which "just owned three acres".

Gowda's family has purchased 231 acres in and around Bangalore, Puttaswamy alleged, adding, he would soon release "documentary evidence" on purchase of at least 110 acres.

He slammed Congress and JDS for boycotting the Legislature session demanding resignation of Speaker K G Bopaiah and Yeddyurappa over the "strictures" passed by the Supreme Court while setting aside the disqualification of 16 MLAs.

"Strictures have been passed against Chief Ministers earlier including S M Krishna. Did anyone resign," Puttaswamy asked.

Gowda's family is sitting in glass house and throwing stones at others. People already sent message to Gowda's family in last by election in Chennapatna(Gowda's strong voting base). Congress and JDS will not come to power for another few years if they don't change their attitude.

Yes Mr Puttaswamy,Political Advisor to CM of Karnataka, Stricture has passed against CMs of various state by SC in several occasions in the past.

But the case of Karnataka in 2011 is entirely shocking and unprecedented. You know why Both constitutional head, CM and Speaker colluded in order to create artificial majority in Karnataka Assembly of BJP MLAs to continue in the power which is unprecedented, illegal and unconstitutional!!!!

As far as floating 'BENAMI' Companies by GOWDA family, who on the earth blocks your Govt to investigate and send them to jail? This is nothing but 'KESARACHATA' and we people not fools to hear episode after episode.Boycotting Assembly by entire oppn is record in Karnataka politics and remain so for ever.BJP govt in three years made several records and unprecedented moves in the parliamentary history of Karnataka if not in India.
