Mangaluru, Mar 6: Leading consumer goods retailer 'Harsha' began its week-long annual shopping festival, 'Harshotsava,' on Monday, March 6. The festival was inaugurated by parish priest of Milagres church Fr Bonaventure Nazreth at the Falnir store. The shopping festival will continue until March 12.
Harsha's director of operations, Ashok, said, "It's been 36 years since Harsha's inception, and we have continuously been serving our customers. Credit must go to the customers who made Harsha successful. At present, we have 16 stores and will be aiming to reach 30 stores in the next three years."
Walter Monterio from Cila Advertisers, Milagres church member Allwyn Rosario, secretary Diana D'Souza, vice president Sylvester, branch manager Sarafath Ali, representatives of Liebherr C S Kamesh, Ranjan Kumar, cluster manager Ritesh Das, HR head Srikanth, and others were present during the inauguration. Soujanya Hegde compered the event.
The Harshotsava festivities will be held at Udupi, Mangaluru, Brahmavar, Surathkal, Puttur, Kundapur, and Shivamogga stores.
Harsha was founded on March 9, 1987, in Udupi as a home appliances sales and service outlet. Today, it has expanded to 12 cities, with 16 stores and more than 15 lac satisfied customers.
