Mangaluru: Surathkal police arrests accused wanted in 23 cases

Mangaluru, Mar 23: An accused wanted in 23 cases was arrested by Surathkal police on Thursday March 23.

The arrested is identified as Azharuddin (29) from Krishnapura.

He had 23 warrants pending against him at different police stations. Three warrants were in district police limits, 16 in Mangaluru city police commissionerate and four under Udupi police station limits.

He was nabbed under the order of Mangaluru city police commissioner and under the direction of Mangaluru north ACP Manoj Kumar. The operation was carried out by inspector Mahesh Prasad, ASI Mallikarjun, and police personnel Ajith, Manikantha, and Karthik.

    hello PPL surthkal is big crime place even corporartor corrupted .. WHOLE SURTHKLA TOWN NO GUTTER FACTILTIES LAST 5 YEARS.. corporator doing nothing.. business ppl suffering how sad this.. this guy real truth nobody knows .. we just light here guy did wrong .. CORPORATOR plus ppl this town do many crime here.

    Some guys will start blaming government again now.. It's time to realise that if a person isn't interested in education or wants to do business only regardless of morality.. you can't blame anyone but yourself. These ppl would have continued their harmful ways if not caught

    IN INIDA LAW AND ORDER IS FOR POOR AND HELPLESS PEOPLE ONLY . even there are many ministers having criminal & wanted case but still no arrests some are contesting for coming election also . police should catch the big shark ( criminal organation) rather catching Buthai (sardine) fish.... this person have 23 cases still why police why quite . if law and order are not strict then this criminal will roaming freely in this society .
