Daijiworld Media Network – Bantwal (MS)

Bantwal, Apr 14: A woman, who got depressed as she was advised against using mobile phone excessively by her husband and family members, killed herself on April 12 at Nayanadu, Benchinadka under Punjalakatte police station limits.

The deceased is identified as Jayalaxmi Devadiga (35), wife of local resident Hariprasad. They were married for 15 years and have a son and a daughter.

Hariprasad observed that his wife is spending excessive time on mobile speaking and messaging and advised her against the habit. As Jayalaxmi was depressed after the advice of Hariprasad, he called her brother and conveyed the matter. He also advised Jayalaxmi to follow the good advice given by her husband.

Mobile phones have become such a big nuisance to the institution of family, society and it's bonding as if a person passed some gas, the same will go across the world in minutes, running commentary, with full mirchi masala applied; and if the recipients are andhbhakts of the informers playing the victim card, then the victim is permanently rubber stamped as a black sheep!

Actually; if one analyses, with progress of technology human beings are moving backwards in time to stone age behaviour where they literally behaved and lived like animals; i.e. no moral compulsion in the face of man's nature of being instinctively polygamous! Cannot fathom to think what will happen when AI is fully developed??

RIP, Any addictions kill whether it is mobile, drugs, alcohal... some over the time if not brought to control. Also if third man or woman in the marriage it is not from God but satan himself, who takes one to hellish situation and if not repented to hell itself. So self control which is Divine is always needed.

Daniel, is life itself not an addiction? If not, why does a human being try his best to prolong life even when he cannot help himself? Your answer would be very much appreciated! Thanks!!

@Rudolf Life is not an addiction, but Li FE is Live For Ever or Live Free and not in bondages. Due to original sin one dies! Otherwise, God designed everyone to live for ever. One's soul given at conception by God lives anyway either on earth in a box called a body during one's life or after death in Heaven that too if done good or hell if done evil and not repented of evil ways before dying or if one has lot of prayers from their good loved ones or others. So, many seeking mercy prayers for departed souls help them to gain heaven, but final destination judgement depends on all knowing God.

Where is the evidence of your hypothesis? Secondly, you have not answered my question as to why human beings, after being so sure of life after death (heaven), try their very best to prolong life even when they are totally dependent/burden on others?? Even animals, when they come to know their end is near, go far away and starve to death without troubling anyone!!
