Man transporting Rs 67 lac hawala money arrested in Kasargod

Kasargod, Apr 14: A police team in the leadership of DySP Balakrishnan Nair arrested a person with Rs 67 lac hawala cash in his possession.

The arrested accused is identified as Harris (39), a resident of Poonjavi.

The cash was found on the scooter intercepted during vehicle inspection at Kalluravi here on Friday April 14 morning.

Police investigation is in progress.
