Kasargod: Four including couple arrested for over possession of MDMA

Kasargod, Apr 22: Bekal police arrested four people including a couple for possession of illegal narcotic drug MDMA.

The arrested accused are identified as Aboobacker (35), his wife Ameena Asar (23), residents of Melparamba, Suraj (32) and A K Wasim (32), residents of Bengaluru.

Police seized 150 grams of MDMA from them.

The contraband drug was found as the police, acting on a definite tip off, stopped the car and did the checking. On interrogation, the arrested confessed that they were transporting the drug from Bengaluru.

Bekal police are investigating further.

    law is so lax in the country that people are freely dealing in these things...the kingpins are of majority community...khaki wont touch them..they will only catch hapless carriers like this...corruption rampant...baath kare tho bolthen hai ki pakistan jao...
