M’lore/ Udupi, Jul 23: Having issues with your gas connections? Have you provided the required documents or information for suitable gas connections? You just have 15 days time to make things right.

The Government has provided time of 15 days to the customers to solve the issues related to gas connections by providing the necessary details to dealers.

Despite providing the R R Number and ration cards to food department as requested the names of thousands of customers were missing from the website and the department had received lot of complaints regarding the same.

In Mangalore city alone around 35,000 customers’ names were not found in the website’s gas connection list. Hence the Government has issued an order and given 15 days to add the names of all customers to website.

Now the customers themselves can upload their names onto the website. All they need to do is to visit www.ahara.kar.nic.in and can enter their ration card and R R number. Within 10 days of uploading, their names would be added to the website.

People who are unable to access internet can provide their documents at taluk offices. Help centers at the taluk offices are also available for the same.

In Mangalore there are totally 2 lac gas connections in which around 1 lac customers have not submitted the required documents yet. From those who have submitted, the names of 35,000 customers are not available in the website, according to the department.

This is pre-plan of the present Karnataka GOVT to get people suffered!
    It happens only in K'nataka!

Now people of undevided DK to decide which government is Human Friendly and Which is Animal Friendly!

Presently to get a licence for building your own house in your own land takes you to post to piller and takes more than 9 to 10 months in Mangalore but it was never not there at any time before in Mangalore.
Those come on one month vacation from abroad they can't even think of getting a housing licence it makes you to buy a Flat Lobbyed by ploititions and ministers.

People of Mangalore-Udupi please wake up and decide whom to elect.

    We need HUMAN_Friendly Government.
    Not
    Animal,COWS and donky friendly!!!!!

Dealers here are not giving Termination Voucher on surrendering cylinders. For DBC Connection, extra amount is charged or some freebies given and taken atleast Rs.1500/= from the consumers.

Government can help the public by curbing the above stated extra menace,if it is really interested to nail the consumers possessing extra refill cylinders.

Even after submitting all documents priorly there are many for whom the gas connection and Ration card are suspended due to typographical mistakes. In such cases, why should the customers/citizens suffer for abiding the rules ?
