Udupi, Jun 26: The maiden project of Revel Developers & Associates, ‘Vaibhav Business Centre’ located in Eshwar Nagar Manipal was inaugurated on Sunday June 25.
Dr Jerry Vincent Dias, president CREDAI Udupi inaugurated the commercial space of the Vaibhav Business Centre. Pramod Shetty and Prakash Shetty, the land owners inaugurated the residential apartments of the new building.
Fr Charles Menezes, parish priest Mother of Sorrows Church Udupi, blessed the new premises.
Addressing the gathering, Dr Jerry Vincent Dias said, “I wish all the flat and the commercial space owners, the best. Within a short span of time, Terence has completed this project. There were around 120 builders in our association earlier. But today, a very few builders are present. It is not easy to construct buildings. The value of the land has increased tremendously. I and Terence Suares have been in the real estate business for the past 27 years. We have grown in leaps and bounds due to God's grace. Terence Suares is a faithful person. His hard work and dedication is the reason for his success. It makes us happy when someone among us achieves great heights. I wish the very best to Terence and his family.”
