Bengaluru, Jun 30: The state BJP president, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, has announced that notices have been issued to 11 individuals for making statements against the party.
Kateel stated that these individuals engaged in activities that were detrimental to the party during the elections, and as a result, the party has decided to take disciplinary action against them. Those who made public statements have been summoned and spoken to, and they have been advised against making further public statements.
On June 29, the BJP disciplinary committee had issued notices to several individuals, including MLA Basanagowda Patil Yathnal and former MLA Renukacharya, for their public statements.
These individuals have been instructed not to make public statements and have been given a week to respond to the notices in writing.
