Chinese Firm to Ply Buses in Pakistan


Islamabad, Aug 5 (IANS): A Chinese company is all set to sign an agreement that would allow it to operate 2,000 CNG buses in Pakistan's Sindh province.

Foton Motors, a Chinese bus manufacturing company, would sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Sindh government Saturday for operations of 2,000 CNG buses in the province, reported Associated Press of Pakistan.

The Chinese delegation of Foton Motors Group, headed by its deputy president Ye Zhaoyou, met President Asif Ali Zardari here Thursday.
