Qatar, Aug 22: Vipul took over charge as the new ambassador of India to the Gulf nation of Qatar.

He met the current monarch of Qatar His Excellency Shaikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. Vipul presented to him his credentials and accepted the official letter of appointment.
