Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 12: On Thursday August 11, which happened to be the final day of the four-day astrological procedure, 'Deva Prashnam', conducted at Lord Anantapadmanabha Swamy temple here, the astrologers who participated in the procedure declared in unison, that the presiding deity of the temple was against opening of the remaining secret vault, identified as 'B'. "If the remaining secret vault, 'B' is opened, it will result in a plethora of disastrous consequences," they warned.

The members of the Travancore royal family had organized the 'Devaprashnam', as they feared that the opening of secret vaults where unimaginable wealth remains stored since several centuries, may earn the wrath of the presiding deity of the temple, who happens to be their family deity.

The astrologers also said that the Lord has, through the clear indications found during the age-old procedure, held him against shifting of the wealth found in the vaults, out of the temple premises. They said that the Lord will become furious and heap miseries and disasters on the country if his diktats are not respected.

The 'Devaprashnam' revealed that the Lord was unhappy at the fact that outsiders entered the secret vaults to list out their contents. Temple astrologer, Padmanabha Sharma, cautioned that exhibition or transfer of the wealth found inside the vaults will earn the wrath of the God, as it will be against His will.

The Supreme Court has already formed a five-member committee to recommend security, inventory and guarding of the precious wealth found from the vaults, valued at approximately over one lac crore rupees. The court, which had restrained the panel entrusted with the task from opening of the last 'B' vault, is yet to issue further orders in the matter. 'B' vault is considered holy and special, because of its position, and various stories are in circulation about its secrets.

T P Sundar Rajan, an advocate living near the temple, had approached the court for taking stock of the wealth of the temple and had succeeded in obtaining favourable order. He died a few days after the vaults were opened. Although some claim this to be retaliation by the Lord, family members of Rajan have claimed that the causes behind the death of the advocate were natural.

These astrologers are trying to safegaurd the interest of those people who have hidden the wealth donated by people all these years & they only are the rightful owners of this wealth.
Supreme court should order opening of the B vault & account all the wealth & then decide what to do with its protection.
These Ashtamangala are used to fool illiterate people all these years, which they are trying to fool all in this 21st century as well.
No Man has direct hotline with God. All the wealth on this world is created by God & he is the owner of all this World. He doesn't need it, otherwise he himself wouldn't have given it to man.
