Anti - Corruption Activist Killed in Madhya Pradesh


Bhopal, Aug 16 (IANS): Right to Information activist and India Against Corruption's Madhya Pradesh chapter head Shehla Masood was Tuesday shot dead outside her residence here, police said.

Masood, who had led demonstration at activist Anna Hazare's last call in April, just came out of her house in Koh-e-Fiza area and was about to enter her car when she was shot at.

"She has been shot dead when she was sitting on the driving seat. The car was standing at the parking lot of her residence itself," Inspector General of Police Sailendra Srivastava told IANS.

    We all know who has killed her. We don't want Congress anymore to even contest in this country. Please throw every congress minister out of this country. No jails for them. We don't want our 1 Rs to spent on jail food.

    It is very sad news for me because I also face such threat from D.D.A. So in that case I feared the Government Machinery Because they mean Congress Govt. save them. because they are government employees. RTI mean call for Death not to fight with corruption.
