Mangalore Property Expo: One-stop Solution to Real Estate Needs Launched

Mangalore, Aug 19: A top-end real estate exhibition, ‘Mangalore Property Expo 2011’ organized by Yaana events and promotions was inaugurated at TMA Pai International Convention Centre here on Friday August 19.

Sarvottham Shetty, president of Karnataka Sangha, UAE inaugurated the exhibition and said that the event will maximise brand visibility as it provides a platform for the visitors to choose the best modern housing and property of their choice.

DC Dr N S Channappa Gowda, police commissioner Seemanth Kumar Singh were the chief guests.

Mangalore Property Expo provides a one-stop solution to the real estate needs of a customer. This exhibition provides guidelines for purchasing a house and setting it up. It also helps the customer to choose from variety of properties and make it easy for them to decide according to their budget.

The exhibition will be open on August 19 and 20 from 10 am to 8 pm.

Builders and promoters, banks, interior decorators, exclusive furniture and beds, modular kitchens, paints, telecom and security systems are part of this two-day exhibition.

    Can a common man afford to buy real estate here? I guess not.The real estate in mangloor appears to be overpriced and there needs to be a better transparency in the dealings.

    I would appreciate Daiji world for the good coverage.
    It would even better if you could provide the website details of the key builders which would be a good information for those who could not make it to the exhibition and people staying abroad which would have helped them to buy or sell their flats or villas.
