Public Opinion Sought on Lokpal Bill

New Delhi, Aug 20 (IANS): As Team Anna continues with its agitation, a parliamentary standing committee Saturday invited public suggestions on the Lokpal Bill.

The parliamentary standing committee on personnel, public grievances, law and justice, which is to suggest amendments to the Lokpal Bill, Saturday published advertisements in leading newspapers, demanding suggestions on the bill.

"The committee has decided to invite memoranda containing views/suggestions from individuals, organisations interested in the subject matter of the bill and also hear select oral evidence on the subject matter of the bill," the advertisement said.

The step is being seen as an attempt to counter the agitating activists who have claimed that public opinion is against the Lokpal Bill introduced by the government.

A time limit of 15 days starting Saturday has been given to send suggestions.

Everything is Everything for Everything, any law or act designed without having a sense of humanity, without aiming the human evolution will definitely lead to destruction of not only human evolution but also disturbs the global peace.
before going to discuss about the corruption at this time, it is unbelievable that the things which led to the existence of corruption even after framing such huge and biggest constitution in our India is the issue to be considered. Is it is due to the misunderstanding of the constitution by the people of the country or due to the weak loop holes in the constitution or the law.
As a human being I want to give some suggestion thinking that all human beings living on this earth should live happily and humanity should evolve and exist on this earth for ever up to the possible extent.

    As per my experience

    I observed that
Hungry ness is same to all.
    Death is same to all.
No one can escape from the natural calamities like tsunamis, earthquakes etc.
No one knows that who will become what at what time. Means that, it is not possible to forecast or predict that certain (caste, community, religion, region and race, age and gender) people can only become eminent people who can contribute to the safer human evolution. And it can be observed from the study of life stories of the most eminent people who were felt to be influenced more on the human evolution both psychologically, technologically, socially, economically and physiologically.

The prime minister of India and Shri Rahul Gandhi today in Loksabha stated that to eradicate corruption in India is not easy task.On the other side we can say that to flourish/develop corruption in India is very very easy task.Who is responsible for this developement of corruption in India.Shri Anna's fast is entered in to eleventh day but it appears that the government and other parties are not at all intrested that Shri Anna should end his fast. All possible efforts may be made to end Shri Anna's fastShri Anna is indian having no asets , no house in his name no bank balance in his bank account and not married even he is fighting against corruption for this nation. Therefore it is my humble appeal to government to take suitable action on top most priority so that Shri Anna may end his fast keeping away from politics if it is there. The government is knowingly doing linger on the matter. It is painful not only to me but to all people. The government is serious and honest one in thematter to resolve the present crises. If all the three mentioned articles by Shri Anna government accepts than Shri Anna may end his fast immediately.Thegovernment should leave the path of bad politics nd come forward to endShri Anna's fast on top priority and honesty.Simply by saying that Shri Anna 's life is very precious for the nation will not serve the purpose but honestly it should be followed

The all party meeting held at prime minister's residence regarding Shri Anna and his fast. The meeting was arranged by the prime minister for eating purpose only rather than discussions regarding Anna, and janlokpal bill.It is the matter of grave concern at one side Shri Anna is on indefinite fast and on the other hand the government is not atall serious to resolve the present crises. If the government is honest and serious to Shri Anna and his fast then 9 days to Shri Anna's fast would have not been passed and government is sleeping its own way.

By this time more than200 hours passed to Shri Anna's fast, but no suitable action is taken by the government. The government is not thiking that why Shri Anna is on fast. The most important issue at present is ShriAnna's health than lokpal bill which is a separate issue related to each other.Sofar as lokpal bill is concerned each and every office bearer who is getting salary from the government must be included involved under the provisions of lokpalbill because in India in each and every government andPSU, corruption is there from bottom to top and level of corruption is increased as the post is increased ie lower the post lower the range of corruption and the higher the post higher will be the range of corruption. The present government is protecting or giving shelter to all the corrupt people.By taking the name of RSSbehind Shri Anna'smovement the government may not eascape from its origional duty. Government is making fools to public.

Jan lokpal bill drafted by team anna should be tabled in front of parliament & be passed in the interest of our country to combat corruption effectively & strengthen the legal system a step forward so that loot can be eradicated. I believe it is the need of hour to understand the matter seriously & do something concrete. It is not only the duty of government but their moral responsibility as well. The govt should listen people's voices & respect their sentiments.

This bill should be passed soon to handle corruption. It does not seems to be against Govt rather against corrupt peoples only. So This should not be the issue of ego for govt. By getting this bill passed Govt will not only get respect but every one will thanks them for their act of kindness.I think if you have the will to pass this they can give much awaited favor to the country. Please don't wait for the magic to happen but act quickly to aviod people's displeasure.

Time has come to do your bit & recognize the truth in it.Don't let this opportunity pass without understanding the wishes of peoples.Today most of us are educated & know the good or bad for us.Don't let this issue be placed in dustbin like in the past half century but to make an effective law as demanded by team Anna.
