Mumbai, Oct 7: A passenger lost his mobile phone during transit on his way to the Mangaluru from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The passenger, identified as Ismail, was on his way home on an IndiGo flight. Ismail hailing from Gurpur has been working in Jeddah for the past 12 years and undertakes repairs of mobile phone. Ismail boarded an IndiGo flight from Jeddah to Mumbai. He was then set to board another IndiGo flight to Mangaluru.
Upon reaching Mumbai airport, he found his brand new Honor X6 mobile phone missing. Miscreants had reportedly opened his bag and taken out the mobile phone before Ismail reached Mumbai airport.
When he complained at the airport, the staffs asked him to e-mail the complaint. Ismail, who is less educated was helpless. The flight staff later addressed his complaint.
