Mangaluru, Oct 17: The acts of donning Koraga tribe costume, dancing in front of shops and homes, abusing the caste during Dasara and putting finger nails and hair in food and giving the same to women of Koraga community during Amavasya are prohibited.
Asking people of the Koraga community to check thorns and glass pieces in the fields used for Kambala on the previous day of the sport and using people of Koraga community for beating of drums and dancing during fairs, Kambala and other public functions is prohibited.
The press publication says that legal action will be taken against those who give partially eaten food to the women of the Koraga community during baby shower ceremonies.
