Mangaluru, Oct 19: Two Bengaluru residents reportedly drowned in Panambur sea on Thursday October 19.
The deceased are identified as Lakshmi (43) and Boralingaiah (50). Both are said to be related to each other as sister-in-law and brother-in-law.
Police sources said that the duo had left from Bengaluru without informing their relatives. It is suspected that they ended their lives by jumping into the sea.
Police have contacted their family members who are expected to come to Mangaluru. The mortal remains of both the deceased were retrieved and shifted to the morgue.
