Mangalore: Mitchel Valentina D'Souza Bags First Rank in BTech

Mangalore, Sep 5: Mitchel Valentina D'Souza, a student of National Institute of Technology-Karnataka (NIT-K), Suratkal has bagged the first rank in BTech (electronics and communications) in this year's examinations.
A student of of 2007-2011 batch, Mitchel is also recipient of the 'Best Electronic Student' Award of the College.
She is a parishioner of Mother of Sorrows Church, Udupi and daughter of Marshal D'Souza, assistant general manager, Syndicate Bank, Pali Hill, Mumbai and Irene D'Souza.
Mitchel was a student of Sri Poorna Prajna P U College, Udupi and St Cecily’s Convent Schools, Udupi. It may be recalled that she had secured the second rank in pre-university (science) examination of Karnataka P U Board held in March/April 2007.
Presently, she is working as the component design engineer at Intel, Bangalore.
