They are not as bad as most of us condemned. If they are really so bad they could have done any thing from Delhi to Manipal so long hours journey. They are governed by martial law and police cannot take action against them but can send them with escort to their concerned army unit where martial law applies.

This incident reminds of a an article which I read in weekly magazine couple of months back.Story begins with four soldiers from Parmamilitary force who took hostage of young teenage boy & girl in a forest area. They asked this poor, helpless tribal pair to do sex. They begged with soldiers that they were sister & brother in relation. On hearing that they beat them up and stripped them and pointed gun towards them. Finally brother and sister had a forced sex infront of soldiers who happily filmed every scene on their mobile and sent to other colleague. That was the mistake they made ! Somehow news reached Head Quarters and four were suspended. This incident happened not in Bihar or UP..but in Gandhada Nadu..yes Karnataka.

As MR. LANGOOLACHARYA has indicated, some of the armed forces
    have a misconception
that they are above the law and
can easily run over anbody without any repercussion. These four human
    animals must be strictly punished
with jail terms for their arrogance
    and sexual harassment of a
    defenceless woman.

    People,

Armed forces people misbehave because they think they can get away with....

Main reason for crimes in India is peoples perception that they can get away with it....day they recognise that they cant get away with it, no matter what is their position/status (Like most western and developed countries),,, 90 percent of the crimes will stop.....

    Jai Hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
