Udupi, Dec 20: Senior Congress leader of Shirva, Ignatius D’Souza passed away on Wednesday December 20.

Ignatius D’Souza had served as the taluk panchayat member and was an active member of the Congress party.

Earlier, he had also served as the mandal chief.
