Udupi: Theatre Yaksha present ‘The Falling of Jatayu’ Yakshagana performance

Udupi, Dec 26: Theatre Yaksha, Udupi presented a Yakshagana performance 'The Falling of Jatayu' as part of a programme titled ‘Bards of South’ at the 8th edition of Serendipity Arts Festival, Asia's biggest multidisciplinary arts festival in Goa recently.

'Bards of South' was directed by Vidushi Srilakshmi Govardhanan and the Yakshagana show was coordinated by Prithviraj Kavattar.

Yakshagana artistes Shashikaran and Sunil Bhaskar played the lead roles in Yakshagana and Chinmaya Kalladka, Chaitanya Krishna Padyana, and Kaushal Rao provided the background music.
